SotoAlgarve is engaged by the buyer and answers to the buyer alone. Our sole obligation — contractual and professional — is to the person who has engaged us. That is what genuine independence means.

Across his career, Ashley has worked alongside the lawyers, tax advisers, surveyors, architects, project managers and currency specialists of both markets — and kept a short list of the ones he would use himself. Every name on it is tried and tested, across years of real transactions; the hard work of finding the right people has already been done for you.
